Who I Am

Oakland Bay Area born and raised and now based in Nashville, Tennessee, I've kept music, guitar, and artists at the center of my life since I was a kid. My mission is simple: replenish artists and music organizations with new possibilities in the studio and beyond.

From playing guitar in ska-punk and rock bands to engineering on large-format consoles and analog tape in the biggest studios in the world, I've been lucky to make music with the best: Grateful Dead, Bob Weir, Lukas Nelson, Tyler Childers, Joe Bonamassa, G-Eazy, Alphabet Rockers (GRAMMY winners), Slightly Stoopid, The National, Journey, Joe Satriani, and many more.

I'm an active strategist and coach to creators worldwide and co-developed the nonprofit music accelerator ZOOLABS, helping hundreds of artists and startups align their art, business, and purpose. In 2021, I helped build the artist experience at Songfinch, connecting thousands of artists and fans.
